- Images uploaded belong to the vendor or are authorized for use.

Prohibited listings include:

5. Payments & Subscription
- Vendor registration may require a one-time or subscription payment.
- Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
- Vendors are responsible for renewing their accounts where applicable.
6. Transactions
- AFIT Digital Market does not handle direct payments between buyers and vendors (unless otherwise stated).
- All transactions are strictly between buyer and vendor.
We are not liable for:
- Product quality.
- Delivery issues.
- Payment disputes.
7. User Responsibilities
Users agree:
- Not to misuse the platform.
- Not to attempt hacking, data scraping, or unauthorized access.
- To interact respectfully with vendors and other users.
8. Intellectual Property
- All platform content (logo, design, structure) belongs to AFIT Digital Market.
- Vendors retain rights to their product content but grant us permission to display it.

We may suspend or terminate accounts if:

No refund will be issued in such cases.
