1. Does ADM handle payments?
No. ADM does not collect or process payments. All payments are made directly between buyers and vendors. Please exercise caution and verify items before paying.
2. What does the Verified badge mean?
The blue Verified badge means the vendor has provided their student ID and business details to the admins. It adds a layer of trust, but does not guarantee the transaction.
3. Can anyone sell on ADM?
Yes! Any student can apply to become a vendor. Just click the Plus (+) button on the bottom navigation bar to start your registration.
4. What if I suspect a scam?
Stop the interaction immediately. Do not send money or personal details. Contact our Support team immediately so we can investigate and remove the listing if necessary.
5. Are listings reviewed?
Vendors are monitored, but individual item listings are uploaded automatically. We do not guarantee the quality or authenticity of the items listed. Always inspect items in person.
